Most men will reproduce (or even want to reproduce a pregeny of their own) at least once, at some stage in their life.
The male reproductive system consists of the main organs on the outside (penis, testes) and the organs and tissues on the inside of the male body (which are not visible externally).
The male reproductive system needs to be in good health to produce enough sperm to be able to fertilise a woman's ova in order to get her pregnant. The male sex hormones, of which testosterone is an important one, control many parts of the male reproductive system.
This part of the site looks at every aspect of men's reproduction.
