Relationships are very important to women.

Good relationships with other people are the essence to having a good life, as positive social interactions with other people is very empowering and excellent for maintaining good mental health.

Womens relationships with other women, with men, with their family, with their children, with their friends and work associates are all different and involve different aspects of themselves.

There are ways to improve relationships that are not going so well, that involve new and mutually beneficial strategies on working out new ways to relate to one another. Some relationsips, though, are toxic for one or both people and the only healthy way forward is to gently let the relationship run its course and ultimately let it go.
