Sweet Chilli Sauce

Makes: 1/2 cup (8 servings)

Ingredients
6 large fresh chillies, finely chopped
Juice of 2-3 limes
3 cloves garlic
1 Tspn honey (amount can be adjusted to taste)
Salt


1. Combine all ingredients (except the salt) in a mortar and pestle and grind until they are all smoothly combined - alternatively they can be added to a food processor until smooth.

2. Season with the salt to taste.

This is an excellent natural sweet chilli sauce, which can be used as a dipping sauce or as a sauce over a variety of dishes.
