Ingredients
1 block sheep's milk feta
1/2 avocado
1 tomato
10-12 medium prawns
Handful of black olives
Method
1. De-shell prawns, leaving the tail
2. Chop and dice cheese, avocado and tomato
3. Add all ingredients to a large serving bowl, garnish with basil
