Ingredients
- 6 large fresh chillies, finely chopped
- Juice of 2-3 limes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tspn honey (amount can be adjusted to taste)
- Salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except the salt) in a mortar and pestle and grind until they are all smoothly combined. Alternatively they can be added to a food processor and mixed until smooth.
- Season with the salt to taste.
