I am pregnant and am trying to eat healthy. I was told to eat complex carbohydrates. Can you tell me some examples of foods that are complex carbohydrates or an easy way to spot them?

Basically complex carbohydrates are those carbohydrates which have a low GI and take longer for the body to break down into glucose (for energy).
